Dick’s employment related litigation has included cases in which he has represented departing employees, former employers, new employers, as well as managers and executives of the new employers who have been sued individually. The substantive claims prosecuted and defended have included breach of employment or confidentiality agreements, misappropriation of confidential information and/or trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference with contract, conspiracy and related claims for attorneys fees.
